How can I modify, add, or delete an order?
If you logged on when ordering, you can access your account through your profile [link] and change your order if the product hasn’t shipped yet.
If you processed your order as a guest rather than logged on, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number or enough contact information for us to find your order. Let us know what you’d like changed and we’ll do so. We may need you to call in with your credit card.
